The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles commemorative ANZAC jersey was launched today at the Harbord Diggers in Freshwater with the help of two local veterans.

Wal Edwards (99 years old and WW2) and Sean Rout (Vietnam) spoke to players Tyson Andrews, Tom Symonds, Blake Leary and Josh Starling about their experiences serving our country, as well as telling some of the ANZAC stories and memorabilia.

Each of the players had close connections with current or former military personnel and the Club will be detailing their individual stories over the next week in the lead up to a very special ANZAC day.

The team will be playing the Melbourne Storm on April 25th with a special ceremony to take place as the players walk out. It will be a truly moving occasion.
