Steve Matai will be given until Friday to prove his fitness with a shoulder injury. Back up centre Tony Satini remains on the sidelines for another 3/4 weeks, also with a shoulder injury.

Kieran Foran has recovered from his Grade One hamstring tear and has been named to take on the Dragons at WIN Stadium on Saturday.

Front rower Josh Starling is nearing a return from a medial injury and is back training with the full NRL squad.

Clinton Gutherson is one week post-surgery and spending plenty of time of the bike at present. The local product is following the same ACL rehab program that recent returnee Jamie Buhrer undertook to get back on the field.

Jorge Taufua's road to recovery is continuing, with the winger set to commence running again next week.

Brenton Lawrence is still no closer to a return, with his back still keeping the 2014 Best and Fairest on the sidelines. Not return date is set for the front-rower.

Lastly, Blake Leary's back complaint will keep him out for another week, with the utility forward remaining a week-by-week prospect at this stage.
