Geoff Toovey watched on as his men helped the NSW Parks and Wildlife Service prepare for important Hazard Reduction burns at Mount Kuring-gai.

"It's great to get out on these fire trails and do a bit of community work," Toovey said. 

I think they'll feel proud when they turn around and actually see what they've achieved after a hard day's work."
