Hooker Matt Ballin has recovered from a broken leg sustained in Manly’s come from behind victory over Penrith in round 25 and will return to pre-season training in November.

Back-rower Jamie Buhrer underwent surgery in October to repair a ruptured ACL suffered in round 25 and is hopeful of a return for Manly’s season opener.

Jorge Taufua has gone under the knife to repair a shoulder injury that has plagued the winger ever since aggravating it in a pre-season trial.

James Hasson had minor shoulder surgery but is expected to be fit and ready for a full pre-season, while front rower Jake Trbojevic is continuing rehab on a severe ankle injury and will slowly work his way back into training come pre-season.
