Peta Hiku entered his second season with the Sea Eagles following his transition across the Tasman at the start of the 2013 season.

An impressive back end of last season saw Hiku become a regular on the right wing for the Sea Eagles. In round eight, the winger capped off a memorable day out against the Raiders, in which he scored four tries, earning selection to make his international debut for New Zealand.

Hiku finished the season as Manly’s top try scorer, finishing with an impressive 17 tries in 26 appearances.

His courage coming out of his own half is undisputable, often putting his hand up to take the first or second carry of the set. When you combine this with his natural finishing ability, he’s one valuable asset to have in any side.

Peta formed a lethal combination with centre and skipper Jamie Lyon, as the pair terrorised their opposing defenders.
