Gold Premium Members will receive two of the following benefits per package; interstate home game tickets; Member pack (including card, keyring, bumper sticker, lanyard, cooler bag and sports bottle); Cocktail Party invitation. One tipping competition entry per package.
Members must be aged under 16 at 1 January 2017 (born after 1 January 2001). Proof of age must be produced upon request.
Members must hold a valid concession card; aged, single parent, disability or veterans affairs. Students must be enrolled full time. ID must be produced upon request and carried at all games. Concession prices are not available to seniors or the unemployed.
Consist of 2 adults and 1,2,3 or 4 juniors aged under 16.
RESERVED SEAT CUT OFF
2016 Reserved seat Members (Gold Premium and Maroon reserved packages) who do not renew by 5pm, 11 November 2016 will relinquish their seats for sale to new and renewing Members. Please contact the Membership Team on 02 9970 3000 to discuss options if you are unable to renew by this date.
MEMBERSHIP PACK MAIL OUT
Membership Pack Delivery time is approximately three weeks for residential addresses, and four weeks for PO Boxes. If you purchase your Membership in the two weeks prior to a home game, your card will be made available for collection on game day. 2017 Membership packs will begin to be posted in December 2016.
If purchasing a Sea Eagles Membership as a gift, please allow sufficient time for delivery (i.e. for a Christmas delivery, order no later than 5pm, 18 November 2016). Gift certificates are available upon request.
WHITE WINGS 3 GAME MEMBERSHIP
Each 2017 White Wings 3 Game Membership Card admits the cardholder access to 3 different Sea Eagles home games held at Lottoland*. This Membership does not permit entry to any Sea Eagles home games held interstate. Each card is strictly one entry per game, and does not admit multiple people access to a single fixture.
MEMBERSHIP LOYALTY PROGRAM
Membership duration is measured from 2002 when the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles were reintroduced into the NRL. If you do not renew your Sea Eagles Membership in any one season, your Member Since date will be reset to a first year Membership. Only financial Members, both ticketed and non-ticketed are eligible for the Sea Eagles Member Loyalty Program. Leagues Club and Football Club Memberships do not qualify.
SEAT CHANGE REQUESTS
Members can request a seat change to their reserved seating. Seat change requests can be completed during the online renewal process or by calling the Membership Team on 02 9970 3000.
Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate seating preferences, if your preference is unavailable or if you do not request a seating preference you will be allocated the best available seat at the time of processing.
LEAGUES CLUB, FOOTBALL CLUB & SEA EAGLES MEMBERSHIP. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
The Manly Leagues Club and District Football Club are separate entities to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Football Club, and as such, their Memberships are separate to your Sea Eagles Membership. Sea Eagles Membership, as outlined in this brochure, directly supports the team on the field and includes game access, finals ticketing benefits and exclusive Members only merchandise. MEMBERSHIP CARD AND PACK REPLACEMENT FEE/CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Members requiring a replacement card resulting from a lost Membership card will be charged an additional $10 fee to have the card re-sent. Members who fail to advise the Sea Eagles of a change of address will be charged an additional $20 fee if a replacement card and Member pack is required.
Email is an important tool for the Sea Eagles to keep Members informed. Don’t miss out on important Club news, if you haven’t registered your email address with the Sea Eagles update your Member Profile at seaeagles.com.au/membership using your email and password.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION, DOWNGRADES AND REFUNDS
Membership applications will be processed as received and cannot be withdrawn once processed. The contents of the Membership brochure and accompanying forms were correct at the time of printing and the Club, under no circumstances, takes responsibility for any omissions, errors or changes that may occur.
In the event of an exceptional circumstance, requests for refunds, cancellations and downgrades should be made in writing in the form of a statutory declaration to the Membership Team and will be assessed by Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Management. Granting of refunds, either in full or partially, is wholly at the discretion of Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. Cancellation fees may apply. It is recommended that all supporters read through the Terms & Conditions before they purchase a Membership.
All Membership prices are inclusive of GST.
SEAT RESALE PROGRAM
Seats can be placed on resale using the following methods:
· Online, by logging in to your Sea Eagles Account Manager with your membership number/member email and password.
· By contacting the Sea Eagles Membership Team on (02) 9970 3000 during business hours only (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm).
Resale credits are awarded only if the seat placed on resale is successfully on-sold by Ticketmaster. Please note: There is no guarantee that a seat placed on resale will be on-sold.
Each seat that is successful sold will earn the seat holder a rebate off their 2018 Membership renewal. The rebate amounts are $20 per game for Category 1 seats and $10 per game for Category 2 seats. Rebates cannot be redeemed as cash, used in the Sea Eagles online store or any other Sea Eagles events.
