When Can I Expect to Receive My Membership?

Membership packs will start arriving mid-December. After this time delivery will take approximately two weeks from payment. If purchasing as a Christmas gift please allow enough time for delivery (i.e. no later than December 3). We have gift certificates available at the time of purchase for a small fee. Please contact the Membership Team on (02) 9970 3000 for more info.

When and Where Can I Collect My Membership Items?

Membership merchandise packs will be available for collection from mid-December at the Sea Eagles Factory Outlet and at all Brookvale Oval home matches. Please ensure that you bring your redemption voucher with you.

Is There a Reserved Seat Cut-Off Date?

Should you wish to retain the reserved seats you held in 2012 the Club will need to receive your membership application prior to 5pm, Thursday November 15. Failure to renew prior to this date will result in the seats being made available for general sale.

What Constitutes a Junior, Concession, Family and Next Generation Member?

Junior: Applicant must be aged under 16 years at 1 January 2013 (i.e. born after 1 January 1997). Proof of age must be produced on request.

Concession: Applicant must hold a valid concession card – aged, single parent, disability or veteran affairs. Students must be enrolled full-time. ID must be produced on request and carried at all games.

Family: A family membership consists of two adults and two juniors under the age of 16 (see conditions above).

Next Generation: Applicant must be aged under 16 years at 1 January 2013 (i.e. born after 1 January 1997). Proof of age must be produced on request.

What Items Do I Receive If I Purchase a Double Membership?

Golden Wings Double Members will receive two of the following benefits per package; non-Brookvale home game tickets, 2013 End of Season Awards Night, Cocktail Function invitations, NRL Grand Final ticket benefits. They will receive one of the following benefits per package; entry into tipping competition, picnic rug.

Leagues Club, Football Club & Sea Eagles Membership. What's the difference?

The Leagues Club and Football Club Memberships are separate to your Sea Eagles Membership. Members of Manly Leagues Club receive a 10% discount on all food and beverage sales, plus access to Club entertainment and dining facilities (see www.manlyleagues.com.au) Football Club Members receive representation on the Sea Eagles board of directors, plus voting rights which help ensure the preservation of Club colours, name and where the Sea Eagles play their games (see www.manlyfootballclub.com.au)

If I Lose My Membership Card Can I Get a Replacement?

Contact the Membership Team on (02) 9970 3000 to have your membership card re-issued. Unless a valid Police report is presented a replacement card will incur a $25 fee.

How does the 'We Bleed Maroon' Member Loyalty Program Work?

Membership duration will be measured from 2002 when the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles were reintroduced into the NRL. Membership must have been held for a continuous length of time. If you fail to renew your membership for a season, your membership length will be reset. Achievements will be awarded in the qualifying year, no backdating. Recognition program is applicable for Manly Warringah Sea Eagles membership ONLY (formerly season ticket holders). Leagues Club and Football Club membership does NOT qualify.
