Do sponsors have access to Sea Eagles players for player appearances?
Due to training and playing requirements, access to players is a difficult commitment to make and is limited to sponsors who spend in excess of $10,000 plus GST per season.
Can I pay my investment by instalments?
Yes. We require a minimum of 50% deposit within 30 days of signing. Balance to be paid by 30 June 2012.
When will I receive my sponsorship benefits?
You will receive the majority of your benefits at the start of the 2012 season.
When will the season 2012 draw be available and match dates and times confirmed?
The NRL draw is now available. Match dates and times will be communicated to sponsors via a Weekly Sponsor Report as soon as each fixture is confirmed.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, smart casual is the minimum dress code for all suites, lounges and boxes.
Are children allowed into the corporate areas?
As the Sea Eagles are a family orientated club, children are permitted in most corporate areas, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children over 5 years of age will need to purchase a ticket. Corporate concession tickets are available.
Can more than one company purchase a Corporate Facility?
Yes, facility sharing attracts the following policy. The Sea Eagles will maintain contact with each company sharing the facility. Facility holders share the benefits of each package however additional benefits can be purchased.
Can I purchase a Corporate Facility for one match?
Yes, casual leasing is available but priority is given to companies who purchase the facility for all matches at Brookvale. You may register for casual leasing now and we will confirm availability at the start of the season. A casual lease provides you with ticketing, food and beverage and ‘Big League’ magazines.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. It is agreed the purchase of any Sea Eagles products or services as listed must be used before 31 October 2012.
2. Sea Eagles will provide the client with goods, services, rights and benefits as expressed in the 2012 Corporate Partnership Package.
3. Payment can be made in full or two instalments - a 50% deposit on signing of the contract followed by the balance paid prior to July 2012.
4. Unless otherwise specified as a Sponsor Benefit each party must pay its own artwork, production and promotional expenses.
